Return to St Petersburg from abroad and other cities of the Russian Federation

Return to Saint Petersburg from abroad.

Upon returning to Saint-Petersburg all foreign citizens must submit documents for migration registration to the office 347/1 no later than 1 working day after return:

• the original of the passport;
• copies of all passport pages with stamps, visas and etc.
• new migration card;
• 2 copies of the migration card;
• application for migration registration written in accordance with the University requirements (office  345/1);
• a notification issued by the student campus that confirm living at SPbSUT dormitory

Return to Saint Petersburg from the cities of the Russian Federation.

Upon returning to Saint Petersburg all foreign citizens must inform on arrival and submit documents for migration registration to the office 347/1  no later than 1 working day after return:

• the original of the passport;
• copies of all passport pages with stamps, visas and etc.
• a copy of the migration card;
• application for migration registration written in accordance with the SPbSUT requirements (office 345/1);
• a notification issued at the student campus that confirms living at SPbSUT dormitory;
• the original tear-off part of the notification form on the arrival of a foreign citizen or a stateless person at the place of residence, issued at a hotel or the migration service of another constituent entity of the Russian Federation;
• the original of the ticket (to confirm the date of arrival to Saint Petersburg).
